The scholarship pathway should confirm basic eligibility before opening a full application.

- 2. ApplicationProfile, goals, motivation and context. The target is a short, clear process.
- 3. AssessmentMeasure the starting point rather than reward people who already know more.
- 4. Brief reviewOnly when eligible applicants exceed available seats.
